Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice, so you never pay twice for the same days.
What happens when I hit the Starter export limit?
Nothing is deleted. Your projects stay in your library and you can keep editing; new exports resume when the month resets, or the moment you upgrade.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the discounted rate — effectively two months free. You can switch back to monthly at the end of the term.
Do you offer refunds?
If a paid plan is not working out, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no retention call.
Is there a discount for students or non-profits?
Yes. Students, educators, and registered non-profits get 50% off Creator and Studio — send proof of status and we will apply it to your account.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. 1TapCut claims no rights over your footage or exports, and we do not use your uploads to train models.
